How to Use This Amiibo
- Open the ability wheel and select the amiibo rune.
- Place the Link — Tears of the Kingdom figure (or NFC card) on the NFC reader on your controller.
- Items will spawn in a treasure chest and scattered on the ground nearby.
- The exclusive reward (Paraglider Fabric (Tunic of Memories)) appears in the chest. Common drops appear loose.
- Cooldown: 24 hours (real time) before you can scan again.
Tips & Strategy
The TotK Link amiibo provides the exclusive Tunic of Memories paraglider fabric — the only way to get this cosmetic. The Zonaite and Large Zonaite drops are consistently useful throughout the game: Large Zonaite directly upgrades your Energy Cell capacity at Crystal Refineries. Scan daily in the early game to accelerate Zonai battery expansion.
Save-Scumming for Better Drops
- Save your game before scanning the amiibo.
