A skewer of Ironshrooms grilled together, concentrating their defense-boosting properties into a significant protection buff. Ironshrooms grow in caves and wooded areas throughout Hyrule and are easy to stockpile. Three or four Ironshrooms on one skewer provide solid protection for encounters where additional defense is more critical than healing. A single-ingredient recipe that's quick to prepare in large batches.
