Maren's Tip
Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
Diminutive bat creatures saturated with Gloom energy found swarming through the Depths in disorganized clouds. Unlike Gloom Keese, Gloom Bats are smaller, faster, and travel in denser swarms of ten to thirty individuals. Each contact inflicts a small amount of Gloom damage — trivial individually but devastating when a full swarm connects simultaneously. Brightbloom Seeds scatter them temporarily. Gloom Keese Wing drops are shared with their larger Keese cousins.
Weakness
Any ranged attack, Brightbloom Seeds to scatter swarms, fire arrows for area clear
How to Beat Gloom Bat
Tiny Gloom-infused bats swarming the Depths in large numbers. Individual contacts stack Gloom damage rapidly. Shoot into the swarm with multi-shot arrows or throw Brightbloom Seeds to scatter. Never ignore a Gloom Bat swarm — cumulative heart drain is significant. Fire arrows clear entire clusters in one shot.
