Maren's Tip
Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
The boss of the Water Temple, a small shark creature that weaponizes toxic sludge across the arena floor. Without Sidon's water power, its sludge armor deflects all physical attacks. Use Sidon's Water Shield to strip the sludge coating, then slash the exposed Mucktorok rapidly before it re-armors. In Phase 2, it creates sludge tornadoes that track Link across the arena. Drops the Mucktorok Nose for Sidon's Sage power upgrade.

How to Beat Mucktorok
A small shark-like creature encased in Sludge armor. Use Sidon's water shield to strip the sludge coating, then slash at the exposed Mucktorok. It hides in its sludge pool — lure it out by approaching. In Phase 2 it spawns sludge tornado attacks — use Sidon's water shield as a counter right before impact.
