Find Kawoga Shrine on the surface map. Agowak Lightroot is located directly below it.

Enter through a nearby chasm
Find the nearest chasm to Kawoga Shrine and jump in. Glide to slow your descent and throw Brightbloom Seeds to light the way.

Navigate to coordinates
Head toward (-920, -450, -503). Use your map marker to track your position.

Activate the lightroot
Interact with Agowak Lightroot to activate it. This illuminates the surrounding Depths map and creates a fast travel point.
