Aromak Lightroot (anagram of Makora Shrine) sits in the northern Lanayru Depths directly below Zora's Domain, in a cavern the Zora have used as a water-route transit system for recorded history. Carved stone channels up to 2 meters wide direct underground water flow through the chamber on a system the Zora engineered and maintain — some channels are blocked now by Upheaval-caused rockfall, but the carved infrastructure is clearly visible in the walls. Luminous Stone deposits in this cave are the densest in the Lanayru Depths: the entire cavern wall surface contains embedded Luminous Stone at coverage rates of 30-40%, bathing the chamber in cool blue-white ambient light that approaches the brightness of a overcast surface day. Mining produces 20-25 Luminous Stones per visit from wall-surface deposits accessible without climbing. A Bargainer Statue rests partially submerged at the eastern wall where a Zora-carved water channel overflows into a shallow mineral pool — the pool has a faint bioluminescent blue color from dissolved Luminous Stone minerals. Zora-type enemies (Lizalfos modified for aquatic combat) patrol the active water channels in groups of 3-4.
