About This Lightroot
Far northern Tabantha Depths at the Hebra border where ice crystals begin appearing in the cave walls as temperature drops sharply. The frost line is visible as a horizontal band across the cavern entrance — above it, bare rock; below, ice-rimed surfaces that glitter under the lightroot's glow. Cold-adapted enemies dominate here, and explorers without cold resistance gear will find stamina draining faster.

Locate the mirror shrine
Find Tashoke Shrine on the surface map. Ekohsat Lightroot is located directly below it.

Enter through a nearby chasm
Find the nearest chasm to Tashoke Shrine and jump in. Glide to slow your descent and throw Brightbloom Seeds to light the way.

Navigate to coordinates
Head toward (-2600, 2100, -490). Use your map marker to track your position.

Activate the lightroot
Interact with Ekohsat Lightroot to activate it. This illuminates the surrounding Depths map and creates a fast travel point.
