Eldin Lava Shelf Cave

About This Location

A volcanic cave carved by ancient lava flows along the eastern flank of Death Mountain, accessible via a narrow ledge above the main lava river. The interior stays at extreme temperatures — Flamebreaker Armor or Fireproof Elixirs are mandatory. Fire Wizzrobes and Fire ChuChus patrol the main chamber. The back wall holds a rare Igneo Pebblit cluster and a sealed chest that requires melting an ice block dropped from above — an unusual mechanic unique to this cave's thermal convection system. Star Fragment mining yields are unusually high near the magma vents.
