Description

A glowing core extracted from the chest of a defeated Stone Talus — the living boulder boss that disguises itself as a rock formation before erupting from the ground. Stone Talus Hearts provide a high fuse attack bonus and are required for armor upgrades at Great Fairy Fountains. The heart is the weak point of every Talus variant — striking it with a weapon or arrows stuns the creature temporarily. Standard Stone Talus Hearts are relatively accessible since Stone Talus bosses appear throughout Hyrule's surface near ore-rich mountain terrain and respawn after every Blood Moon.
