Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1

Speak with Hudson and Rhondson in Tarrey Town

Visit Hudson and Rhondson in Tarrey Town, where they run the local Hudson Construction office. They are both emotional — their daughter Mattison has come of age and must travel to Gerudo Town to study at the Gerudo Academy, a tradition for half-Gerudo children. Hudson wants to throw a farewell party before her departure, and Rhondson needs help gathering three specific gifts for Mattison's journey.

2

Gather the Three Farewell Gifts

Rhondson's requested gifts are: a bouquet of Sundelion flowers (found on Sky Islands — gather five Sundelions and return them), a well-forged knife from the Goron blacksmith in Goron City (requires traveling to Death Mountain and commissioning the blade), and a Gerudo Scimitar from the weapon shop in Gerudo Town (purchase for 160 Rupees). Each gift reflects a different part of Mattison's heritage.

3

Attend the Farewell Party

Return the three gifts to Rhondson, who wraps them and presents them to Mattison at a small party in the Tarrey Town courtyard. Mattison is touched and gives a short speech about carrying both her Hylian and Gerudo heritage with her. Hudson struggles not to cry throughout. Other Tarrey Town residents attend, making it one of the warmest moments in the questline.

4

Escort the Caravan to the Southern Road

Help escort Mattison's caravan (a wagon with two horses) through the monster camp near the road south of Tarrey Town. Clear the Blue Bokoblin ambush from the road ahead, then return to confirm the route is safe. Once the caravan departs, Hudson rewards Link with a Gold Rupee worth 300 Rupees and a permanent discount at all Hudson Construction outlets across Hyrule.
