Find Addison Sweating Near Eldin Canyon Stable

Locate Addison at the first fallen sign near Eldin Canyon Stable, visibly uncomfortable in the volcanic heat. He explains that Death Mountain tremors knocked five signs across the Eldin region — some close to active lava vents. He insists Link use Fireproof gear for the volcanic sites and hands over one Fireproof Elixir to help immediately.

Prop the Two Volcanic Signs Near the Lava Fields

Two signs fell near the active lava flows on Death Mountain's lower slopes. Use large obsidian boulders as props — they are heat-resistant and heavy enough to hold the signs steady against heat-driven soil expansion. Obsidian boulders are abundant near the lava channels and can be moved with Ultrahand. Position each boulder against the base of the sign post firmly.

Set the Remaining Three Signs Along the Goron Road

The other three signs are along the Goron City access road and near the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower in cooler terrain. Two can be propped with fallen boulders. The third requires creative thinking: a wooden cart nearby serves as a support, but position it with Ultrahand so its wheels lock against a fixed rock — otherwise it will roll away from the sign.

Collect the Eldin Premium Reward

After all five Eldin signs are standing, Addison pays the hazard premium: 120 Rupees plus two Fireproof Elixirs from his personal reserve. He keeps extra on hand for this region. He thanks Link and mentions the Eldin signs will probably be knocked down again within a season by the next tremor — but today's work is what matters.
