Malanya's Revival Quest
Adventure Overview
Malanya, the Horse God, can revive fallen horses — but only after being woken from dormancy. Located at the Lake of the Horse God in southeastern Hyrule near the Highland Stable, Malanya was put to sleep by the Upheaval and requires a large offering to reawaken. Once active, she can revive any registered horse that has died.
Prerequisites
A horse that has died in battle
Sufficient rupees for the awakening offering
Rewards
Horse revival service (permanent)
Horse stat enhancement with dragon parts
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Find the Horse God's Spring
Travel to the Lake of the Horse God in southeastern Faron, south of Highland Stable. The spring is marked on your map after talking to the stable manager at Highland Stable about the missing Horse God.
2
Offer the Awakening Fee
Malanya requires a large quantity of rupees to be woken from her dormancy — bring 1,000 rupees. Approach the giant flower-like structure and interact with it to make the offering.
3
Revive a Fallen Horse
Once awakened, Malanya can revive any of your registered horses that have died. Each revival costs additional rupees. She can also enhance your horse's stats with certain materials.
4
Keep the Relationship Active
After awakening, Malanya remains permanently active. Return any time you need horse revival services. She also gives quests involving horse care and can upgrade horse stats with dragon parts.
