Description
Any sword enhanced with an ice-element fusion material — Ice Fruit, White Chuchu Jelly, Gleeok Frost Horn, or Ice Keese Wing. The ice element applies freeze buildup to targets on successive hits, and frozen enemies shatter for bonus damage multipliers. Effective against fire-element enemies including Marbled Gohma, Fire Gleeoks, and volcanic zone Lizalfos. Frozen enemies become stationary, enabling follow-up aerial attacks or Bomb Arrow combos against fully frozen targets. The dedicated Frostblade is the natural evolution, but a high-base sword fused with a Gleeok Frost Horn surpasses it. Pair with Spicy meals for personal cold resistance when farming in Hebra and Lanayru snowfields.
