Description
Cooking a Fairy with any monster part creates a Fairy Tonic that functions as an automatic death-prevention item when held in your inventory. Upon taking fatal damage, the tonic activates instantly and restores several hearts, bringing Link back from the brink. Fairies spawn near Great Fairy Fountains and in tall grass patches — crouch and approach slowly to catch them. Always cook Fairies into tonics rather than using them raw, as the cooked version provides more reliable healing. Carry at least two before any Temple boss or Depths descent.
