A speed-boosting elixir brewed from Hot-Footed Frog and any monster part, providing the fastest way to boost movement speed without affecting other build choices. Hot-Footed Frogs are found hopping near rivers and ponds across Hyrule. The elixir format allows speed boosting alongside full combat food — useful when both attack buffs and movement speed are needed simultaneously for a challenging encounter.
