The premium risotto format squeezes the maximum defensive enhancement from the pumpkin ingredient through slow-cooking in butter and salt. Defense Up Level 3 is the highest achievable food defense tier and noticeably reduces incoming damage from all enemies including Silver Lynels and Gleeoks.
