Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
Found exclusively in the Depths, Armored Lynels wear reinforced plating that deflects standard attacks. Their combat patterns mirror Silver Lynels but with added charge attacks and elemental weapon swings. Considered the single hardest standard enemy encounter in TotK, requiring mastery of dodge timing and mount mechanics to defeat efficiently.

How to Beat Armored Lynel
The toughest Lynel variant in the Depths. Armored plating reduces all damage. Mount attacks bypass armor entirely — focus on perfect dodges to trigger flurry rushes, then mount and strike. Bring your strongest fused weapons and plenty of healing.
