Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
A frog-like creature with a glowing gem on its back found in every cave in Hyrule — one per cave, non-respawning. Strike it immediately before it retreats to the ceiling. Drops a Bubbulfrog Gem, traded exclusively to Koltin the Bubbulboss for rare monster masks, armor pieces, and unique collectibles. Completing the full Bubbulfrog collection is one of TotK's most extensive side quests.

How to Beat Bubbulfrog
Found in caves — one per cave. Shoot it or melee immediately to prevent it retreating to the ceiling. Bubbulfrog Gems are traded to Koltin for monster masks and rare items. Once killed in a cave, it does not respawn.
