Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!

Description

An unusually large ChuChu that has absorbed environmental materials to grow to multiple times standard size. When not killed in one strike, it splits into three or four standard ChuChu — effectively multiplying the encounter. Powerful single strikes or bomb arrows prevent the split. Giant ChuChu Jelly drops are notably plentiful — the best source of bulk Chuchu Jelly for cooking and crafting outside of dedicated farming runs.

How to Beat Giant ChuChu

An oversized ChuChu that splits into 3-4 standard ChuChu when struck without killing it in one large hit. Use bomb arrows or powerful area attacks to eliminate it in one strike. Fire, ice, or electric arrows deal elemental bonus damage and prevent the split if one-shotted.
