Description

The most dangerous Frox variant — a massive burrowing creature saturated with Gloom energy in the deepest underground zones near Hyrule Castle's foundation. Its swallow attack inflicts immediate Gloom damage stacking with each second spent trapped inside. Eye nodes on its back are the only effective attack points. Brightbloom Seeds are essential for creating the stun window. Drops Large Zonaite in quantity alongside Gloom materials.

How to Beat Gloom Frox

A Frox corrupted by Gloom — inhale and swallow attacks inflict Gloom damage. Brightbloom Seeds thrown into its open mouth create a longer stun window than normal Frox. Sundelion arrows deal bonus damage on the eye nodes. Never let it swallow Link — Gloom contact during the escape sequence drains max hearts rapidly.
