Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
Cyan Gloom Lizalfos are a variant of the Gloom-infused Lizalfos found in deeper Depths areas and around Hyrule Castle. Their cyan coloration indicates a different Gloom mutation — they are faster, have longer ranged spit, and deal more Gloom damage per hit.

How to Beat Gloom Lizalfos (Cyan)
Cyan Gloom Lizalfos use a 3-round burst spit that fans left, center, right. Dodge roll past the first burst and close in during the reload animation. Gloom-resistant armor is strongly recommended. They move faster than overworld Lizalfos equivalents.
