Description

Giant Red Chuchu are large Chuchu variants that split into four standard Red Chuchus when killed. They are rare overworld encounters. The split mechanic means players must spend resources fighting 5 Chuchus total but the Jelly yield makes them efficient farming targets.

Weakness

Ice Arrow — splits into 4 regular Red Chuchus when killed; defeat all 4 for full drops

How to Beat Giant Red Chuchu

Giant Red Chuchu splits into 4 regular Red Chuchus on death. Prepare to handle 4 Chuchus simultaneously after the split. One Fire-fused weapon sweep can hit all 4 post-split. The full 4-Chuchu kill yields 4× Red Chuchu Jelly which is efficient farming.
