Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
A lightning-charged Like Like found in Lanayru cave systems and thunderstorm-prone regions. Contact with its crackling body conducts electricity through metal weapons and armor, stunning Link. The Rubber Armor set negates this entirely. Wooden arrows are the preferred ranged counter. Shock-absorbed weapon swallows may return with Thunder attribute — a valuable accidental upgrade. Like Like Stone drops are rare armor materials.

How to Beat Shock Like Like
An electrified Like Like that shocks metal weapons and armor on contact. Equip non-metal items before engaging — Rubber Armor eliminates contact damage. Wooden arrows from range are the safest approach. If it swallows a metal weapon, it may add electric properties on return.
