Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
Depths Stalhorses are skeletal horse revenants in the Depths. Unlike overworld Stalhorses encountered at night, these are permanent Depths residents. They can be ridden temporarily and are immune to Gloom ground damage, making them surprisingly useful for Depths traversal.

How to Beat Depths Stalhorse
Depths Stalhorses can be mounted like overworld Stalhorses. Riding one through the Depths provides faster traversal — they do not take Gloom damage from the ground. Dismounting ends the ride as they cannot be stabled.
