Maren's Tip

Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!

Description

An enhanced electric Keese variant found near Thunderhead Isles and the most active thunderstorm zones of Hyrule. Functionally similar to Electric Keese but with a wider discharge radius and higher swarm density. The rare Topaz drops make Thunder Keese routes near Thunderhead Isles worthwhile for gemstone farming alongside regular Aerocuda eyeball runs. Their wing drops add shock properties to fused arrows.

Weakness

Non-metal arrows; wooden or bone weapons

How to Beat Thunder Keese

A stronger Electric Keese variant found in the most storm-prone regions. Functions identically to Electric Keese but in larger numbers with wider discharge radius. Drop metal equipment. Wooden arrows clear swarms efficiently. Topaz drops (rare) make targeted farming worthwhile near Thunderhead Isles.
