Combat Korok — What to Expect

Combat Koroks require you to defeat all enemies in an area before the Korok appears. These encounters often feature Bokoblin or Lizalfos camps guarding the Korok location.

Tips for Combat Koroks

Clear every enemy in the area — the Korok will not appear until the camp is fully defeated.
Use Fuse weapons with high-damage materials for quick clears.
Consider using stealth armor or Sneakstrike for an opening advantage.
Area-of-effect attacks (bomb flowers, elemental weapons) help finish groups quickly.

Locate the Korok

The Gloom Garden is infested with three Gloom Spawn clusters. Destroy all three to make the Korok appear on the garden fountain. Use Gloom-resistant food or the Depths armor set to avoid losing hearts. Sun Bombs from Zonai devices also clear Gloom patches quickly if you have them.
