Ojusum Lightroot (anagram of Musojo Shrine) sits below the Lanayru Spring in a thermally active pocket of the Lanayru Depths — one of the few warm zones in a predominantly cold region. Geothermal vents emerging through limestone fractures heat the chamber to surface-spring temperatures, creating a microclimate where cold-sensitive minerals crystallize in unusual formations not found in the surrounding Depths. Amber deposits here have a distinctive honey-gold clarity from the thermal environment, and Opal clusters grow in rounded nodules rather than the angular shards typical elsewhere — both are collector's variants with standard sell value but rare visual appeal. The warmth supports a colony of Bubbulfrogs on the ceiling: 8-10 specimens, significantly more than the typical 1-2 found in most caves, making Ojusum the best single-location Bubbulfrog farming site in the Lanayru Depths. Gloom pools avoid the heated zone — the thermal energy apparently inhibits Gloom saturation — keeping this area notably cleaner than surrounding Lanayru caves. A Bargainer Statue occupies the largest thermal vent opening, sitting in the rising warm air column as if deliberately positioned to benefit from the heat.
