Akkala Waterfall Cave

Hidden behind a major waterfall on the Akkala River, this damp cave system leads to a small underground lake with rare Brightcap mushrooms growing along the wet stone walls. The cave network connects to a second exit above the falls, creating a handy shortcut between upper and lower Akkala. A Evermean tree enemy disguised as a Brightcap cluster ambushes players near the rear pool. The underground lake holds an armored fish and a cave octopus variant.
