About Captain Hoz
Captain Hoz is the captain of the Zora guard in Zora's Domain. He is skeptical of Link when he first arrives at the domain and keeps a watchful eye on outsiders. He gives Link quests related to Zora security concerns and is involved in the investigation of the sludge covering Zora's Domain. As the questline progresses, he becomes an ally.
