Quest Overview
Hudson at Tarrey Town wants to expand the settlement with a new eastern wing featuring a marketplace and community hall. He needs Link to recruit three specialized craftspeople from different regions: a stone carver from Goron City, a woodworker from Rito Village, and a cloth weaver from Gerudo Town. Each craftsperson has a reason for hesitation that Link must resolve before they agree to relocate to Tarrey Town.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Accept Hudson's Expansion Request
Hudson at Tarrey Town outlines his vision: a new eastern wing with a marketplace and community hall. He needs three crafting experts. He marks their locations: Goron stone carver at Goron City, Rito woodworker at Rito Village, Gerudo weaver in Gerudo Town. Each one will need convincing — they all have reasons to stay put.
2
Recruit the Goron Stone Carver
The Goron carver Gorondo is happy to move but his tools were stolen by a Bokoblin camp near East Akkala. Clear the camp and retrieve his specialized stone-carving picks from the loot chest. Return them to Gorondo and he agrees to move to Tarrey Town immediately.
3
Recruit the Rito Woodworker
The Rito woodworker Harth Jr. wants to move but is worried about leaving his elderly mother alone in Rito Village. Speak with his mother Harla — she reveals she has already arranged to stay with a neighbor and actually wants her son to pursue his career. Return to Harth Jr. with the news and he happily agrees to relocate.
4
Recruit the Gerudo Weaver
The Gerudo weaver Pokki is considering the move but needs cold-weather gear for the Akkala climate. She requests a set of Snowquill Armor at Level 2 or higher as a condition of relocating. Provide the armor (either from inventory or purchase from Rito Village) and she agrees to the move.
5
Return to Hudson for the Grand Opening
With all three craftspeople recruited, return to Hudson at Tarrey Town. The construction takes a brief in-game day. When complete, the new eastern wing opens: a marketplace with new rare-material vendors and a community hall where the three craftspeople set up their workshops. Hudson rewards Link with rare construction materials and a personal thank-you from each new resident.
