The Underground Hot Springs of Eldin
Adventure Overview
Deep in Eldin's volcanic Depths lies a network of superheated underground springs. A Goron elder named Dugga has heard legends of a "Flame Sanctum" below Death Mountain where ancient Gorons performed fire-resistance rituals. With the underground now accessible, he asks Link to find and reopen the Flame Sanctum.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Speak to Dugga
Elder Dugga is at Goron City after the Stonetooth Rocks quest. He shares legends of the Flame Sanctum and asks Link to search the Eldin Depths for its entrance — a carved obsidian door matching Goron rune patterns.
2
Navigate the Lava Caves
The Eldin Depths are hotter than most areas, causing constant fire damage without Fireproof Elixir or Flamebreaker Armor. Follow the magma flow channels south to the obsidian door.
3
Solve the Flame Sanctum Puzzle
Three Flame Conducer pedestals must receive fire simultaneously. Use three Fire Fruit-fused arrows shot in rapid succession, or place Flameblades on each pedestal.
4
Complete the Ritual
Standing on the Sanctum's central platform activates a fire-resistance ritual. Dugga rewards Link and reopens the Sanctum as a rest spot for Goron travelers.
