Camera Work in the Depths

Robbie needs photographs from the Depths to advance his research into Zonai technology. Descend into the dark underworld with the Camera ability and photograph specific subjects including statues, Poes, and Gloom formations. This adventure unlocks the Camera and Compendium features on your Purah Pad.

A Picture for the Closed Door

Deep in the Depths beneath Central Hyrule, a mysterious locked door bears the image of a specific object. You must photograph the correct subject and present it to the door to gain access to the hidden chamber beyond, which contains valuable treasure and lore.

A Deal With the Statue

In the depths of Lookout Landing's underground shelter, a sinister Bargainer Statue offers a dark deal: trade Poes — the lost souls of the Depths — for rare items and equipment not available anywhere else. This adventure unlocks the Bargainer Statue network throughout the Depths.

The Depths: Lightroot Survey

Robbie at Lookout Landing has been researching the Lightroots in The Depths and their connection to the surface shrines. He wants you to activate at least 30 Lightroots and report back with findings. Each Lightroot banishes Gloom from surrounding areas and reveals the surface map above.

Gloom-Borne Illness

King Dorephan of Zora's Domain has fallen gravely ill from Gloom exposure. The only cure is a rare mineral called Gloom's Approach — found only in the deepest parts of The Depths beneath the Zora region. Journey into the dark to find the cure and save the Zora king.

Robbie's Zonai Device Research

Dr. Robbie at the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab is conducting research on Zonai devices left behind by the Upheaval. He needs samples from specific device dispensers across Hyrule — Construct Factories, device dispensers, and abandoned Zonai vehicles. Helping him unlocks new device research and better Purah Pad functions.
