The White Stallion
Adventure Overview
A legendary white horse once belonging to Princess Zelda is said to roam the Safula Hill area west of Hyrule Castle. Tracking down this extraordinary horse, taming it despite its incredibly high wild spirit, and returning it to a specific NPC who knew the princess personally is one of TotK's most rewarding mount-related side adventures.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Speak with Toffa at Outskirt Stable
Find Toffa at Outskirt Stable southwest of Hyrule Castle. He explains that Princess Zelda's white horse has been spotted on Safula Hill and asks Link to find and register it in her honor.
2
Head to Safula Hill
Travel to Safula Hill northwest of Outskirt Stable. The area is broad open terrain ideal for horses. Look for the distinctive all-white horse grazing alone — it will not be in a herd.
3
Approach with Stealth
The Royal White Stallion has extremely high wild spirit. Approach from downwind using full stealth — the Stealth Armor or Sneaky Elixir dramatically improves your chances. Gallop on another horse from behind and mount mid-gallop.
4
Soothe the Stallion
The Royal White Stallion requires many soothing actions before it calms — far more than ordinary horses. Use your full stamina reserve and eat Endura Carrots or Stamina-restoring meals if needed.
5
Register and Return to Toffa
Ride the Royal White Stallion to Outskirt Stable and register it. Return to Toffa with confirmation. He is overjoyed and rewards Link with the Royal Bridle and Royal Saddle — the regal tack set befitting Zelda's horse.
