Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Arrive at Goron City
Travel to Goron City near Death Mountain. The normally boisterous Gorons are sluggish and obsessed with a glowing rock. Marbled runs the local rock roast operation and is clearly behind the changes.
2
Find Yunobo
Track down Yunobo, Daruk's descendant and the hero of this region. He has also been affected by the marbled rock roast. Follow clues through Eldin Canyon and mining areas to find him.
3
Break Marbled's Influence
Confront Marbled at the mining operation. Defeat the enemies guarding the operation and expose the truth — the rock roast is connected to the Gloom emanating from the Fire Temple above Death Mountain.
4
Ascend Death Mountain
Travel up Death Mountain with Yunobo to find the Fire Temple. The path requires navigating extreme heat, Gloom-covered enemies, and mining cart puzzles on the volcanic slopes.
5
Defeat the Marbled Gohma
Face Marbled Gohma in the Fire Temple. Use Yunobo's rolling charge to smash the Gloom-encrusted legs and body. Aim at the giant eye to deal maximum damage across multiple phases.
