Finding Hidden Caves — Audio and Visual Cues
Strategy Details
Hidden caves are detected by two reliable signals. Audio: walk slowly across cliff faces and hillsides — when you pass over hollow ground, the footstep sound shifts from solid to hollow. This acoustic cue pinpoints cave entrances behind rock faces. Visual: Blupees (glowing blue rabbit spirits) almost always sit at or near cave entrances at night, acting as natural cave markers. Additionally, look for subtle color shifts in cliff walls — a slightly darker patch of rock often indicates a false wall or cave opening. The Lord of the Mountain event on Satori Mountain lights up cherry blossom trees whose petals mark cave locations on the map directly.
