Description
A high-performance composite bow recovered from the Depths — layers of horn, sinew, and treated wood compressed under pressure during the Zonai era to create a bow with exceptional power-to-size ratio. Higher draw weight means arrows punch through light armor and enemy shields that would deflect standard arrows. Found in Depths treasury chests near Zonai core structures or traded from the rare Depths merchants who occasionally appear near Lightroot clusters. The Depths-composite construction resists the humidity and Gloom-saturation of underground environments better than surface-built bows. Fuse Silver Lynel Saber Horns for maximum damage, or Dragon Scales for passive Dragon energy accumulation.
