Description
A sword enhanced with an Ancient Blade fusion — the unique Zonai artifact that stores a single charge of instant-kill energy. The next attack after equipping this fusion will obliterate any non-boss, non-Gloom-Hand enemy regardless of their remaining health, consuming the Ancient Blade on use. This makes the Ancient Blade Sword a specialized burst weapon for situations where prolonged combat is undesirable — Silver Lynel ambushes, Gloom Hand encounters, and Phantom Ganon copies at the Floating Colosseum. The base sword damage is irrelevant; even the weakest blade becomes a one-hit weapon with this fusion. Farm Ancient Blades from Zonaite forges or Depths Zonai ruins scattered throughout the underground network beneath Hyrule.
