Description
The personal sword of Demon King Ganondorf, saturated with concentrated Gloom energy drawn from centuries of corruption beneath Hyrule Castle. This blade delivers devastating physical damage combined with powerful Gloom drain on each hit — enemies struck lose maximum health per blow and display visible Gloom corruption spreading from the wound site. Its power exceeds nearly every other sword in Hyrule, making it the highest-damage non-Master-Sword blade obtainable. However, the Gloom in the sword drains Link's own maximum hearts on equip, requiring the full Depths armor set and Sundelion-based meals to safely wield for extended periods. A worthy trade for the sheer destructive output it provides in the final dungeon and post-game combat.
