Description
A light fruit salad made from Fleet-Lotus Seeds and Wildberry providing Speed Up Level 3 — the maximum speed tier available from food — for three and a half minutes. Fleet-Lotus Seeds grow near Zora's Domain and Lanayru Wetlands waterways. Two Fleet-Lotus Seeds achieve the maximum speed tier, turning Link's movement into a near-sprint that outpaces standard enemy detection ranges. Level 3 speed is particularly valuable for horse-free traversal across large terrain and for outrunning Gloom Hands when elevated terrain isn't available.
