Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!

Description

Ice Keese Swarms inhabit icy cave systems and cold ruins. Their contact freezes Link briefly, slowing movement. In enclosed caves where they have no escape and come from multiple angles, the slowing effect can leave Link vulnerable to other enemies.

Weakness

Fire Arrow — melts swarms instantly; Flint-fused weapons also effective

How to Beat Ice Keese Swarm

Ice Keese Swarms cause a freeze slow on contact. A single fire arrow clears 6-10 Ice Keese. They are found in very cold areas where Link already has warming food active — managing the cold status and Ice Keese debuffs simultaneously is the main challenge.
