Description

A Stone Talus variant found patrolling mountain summits in Hebra and the Gerudo Highlands, elevated locations where blizzard conditions, icy terrain, and thin air compound the standard Talus threat. The environmental pressure — slipping on ice, reduced stamina in cold — makes what is typically a manageable fight into a genuine test of preparation. The ore node is still the weak point, but reaching it requires stable footing and warm clothing.

How to Beat Stone Talus (Summit)

Fights at high altitude where wind and cold add environmental hazards. Standard Talus approach — dodge the stone punch, climb up the arm, target the ore node on its back. Cold-resistant food is essential. The icy terrain can cause slipping mid-climb.
