About This Lightroot
Northern Gerudo Depths near the canyon underground, Azarak sits adjacent to a trench of ancient Gerudo ruins partially engulfed by the ongoing Gloom emanating from a nearby fissure. Stone carvings on the ruins depict Gerudo warriors battling creatures that resemble Phantom Ganon, suggesting this area has been contested since antiquity. Gloom-resistant ore is abundant in the fissure walls.

Locate the mirror shrine
Find Karaza Shrine on the surface map. Azarak Lightroot is located directly below it.

Enter through a nearby chasm
Find the nearest chasm to Karaza Shrine and jump in. Glide to slow your descent and throw Brightbloom Seeds to light the way.

Navigate to coordinates
Head toward (-3500, -1400, -540). Use your map marker to track your position.

Activate the lightroot
Interact with Azarak Lightroot to activate it. This illuminates the surrounding Depths map and creates a fast travel point.
