About This Lightroot
Eastern Hebra Depths near the Tabantha border underground, Otanoh marks a crossroads where the frozen Hebra geology gives way to the windswept Tabantha cave system. The transition is visible in the rock itself — blue-white Hebra ice on one side, the buff-orange Tabantha sandstone on the other. Yiga Clan has set up a camp near this crossing, using the border zone to ambush explorers from both directions.

Find Honato Shrine on the surface map. Otanoh Lightroot is located directly below it.

Enter through a nearby chasm
Find the nearest chasm to Honato Shrine and jump in. Glide to slow your descent and throw Brightbloom Seeds to light the way.

Navigate to coordinates
Head toward (-2200, 3000, -540). Use your map marker to track your position.

Activate the lightroot
Interact with Otanoh Lightroot to activate it. This illuminates the surrounding Depths map and creates a fast travel point.
