The spiraling platform village of the Rito built around a massive stone column rising from Lake Totori. In TotK, the village is engulfed by a Colgera-driven blizzard and evacuated. Completing the Wind Temple via the Hebra Sky Archipelago resolves the disaster and restores full village services. Tulin becomes a Sage companion after the temple.
