About Yunobo

Yunobo is the beloved Goron champion and Sage of Fire, grandson of Daruk and a fan-favorite character from BotW who returns with significantly more depth. In TotK he has become the CEO of YunoboCo, a company that peddles addictive marbled rock roast stones to the Goron population under the influence of a Gloom-laced curse. The tragedy of Yunobo's arc is that he is a fundamentally kind, earnest character brought low by corruption. Once freed, his regret and renewed determination make him one of TotK's most emotionally resonant sages. His rolling charge attack — launched by aiming and pressing the Sage ability button — can break ore deposits, destroy rock walls, trigger Mine Cart switches, and deal enormous damage to enemies on direct hit. He is also the key mechanic in multiple Fire Temple puzzles. Post-quest, he runs YunoboCo cleanup operations and can be found helping restore Goron City's economy.
