Quest Overview
The Eldin Hot Springs near Goron City have been disrupted by volcanic tremors that cracked the natural stone channels directing the thermal water. Gorons who relied on the springs for bathing and cooking water are suffering without them. Help repair the channels by gathering five specific volcanic rocks from the surrounding lava fields and using Ultrahand to reconstruct the broken aqueduct sections. Restoring the springs earns Fireproof Elixirs and an invitation to the Goron hot spring blessing ceremony.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1
Speak with Bladon at the Springs
The Eldin Hot Springs east of Goron City are damaged — volcanic tremors cracked the stone channels directing thermal water into the bathing pools. A Goron named Bladon who runs the springs is sweating (even by Goron standards) over the repair costs. He asks Link to gather five volcanic rocks from the lava fields of Death Mountain to rebuild the broken aqueduct segments.
2
Gather Volcanic Rocks from Death Mountain
Equip Flamebreaker armor (minimum Level 1, ideally Level 2) and a Fireproof Elixir for lava-adjacent areas. The volcanic rocks needed are large, rounded boulders near the Death Mountain lava flows — identifiable by their orange-red color and smooth surface. Carry each rock using Ultrahand across the lava fields and back to the spring site. Three rocks are near the base of the caldera; two are higher up near the Goron Hot Springs summit path.
3
Rebuild the Aqueduct with Ultrahand
Position the five volcanic rocks to plug the cracks and redirect water flow back into the main channel. Bladon provides guidance on where each stone goes. Once all five stones are placed correctly, thermal water begins flowing again — the pools fill within minutes.
4
Attend the Blessing Ceremony
With the springs restored, Bladon invites Link to a brief Goron hot spring blessing ceremony: three Gorons sit in the restored pools and chant traditional words of gratitude. Afterward, Bladon presents Link with a set of Fireproof Elixirs and a bundle of Goron cooking ingredients — Rock Salt, Goron Spice, and Smoked Meat — used in high-heat cooking recipes.
