Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: Enter Mayaumau Shrine in Necluda and immediately assess the arena.
2. A Silver Stalnox (the upgraded skeletal Hinox variant with significantly more health than the standard version) stands at the back of the room, flanked by two Blue Bokoblins patrolling the arena floor.
3. The combination of adds and a boss makes this one of the harder Necluda combat shrines.
4. Step 2: Eliminate the Blue Bokoblins first — they will harass you with ranged attacks while you fight the Stalnox, causing dangerous interruptions.
5. Fire Bomb Flower-fused arrows at each Bokoblin — the explosive impact kills Blue Bokoblins in one hit without requiring precise aim.
6. Clear both within the first 15 seconds.
7. Step 3: Turn your attention to the Silver Stalnox.
8. Unlike standard Stalnox enemies that require three eye shots, the Silver variant requires five total eye shots to defeat.
9. Its glowing purple eye is the only vulnerable point — body hits deal zero damage.
10. Wait for it to charge toward you (telegraphed by a 2-second wind-up lean), then sidestep and fire an arrow directly into the eye.
11. Bullet-time (jumping off a ledge and drawing your bow mid-air) makes this shot much easier.
12. Step 4: When the arrow hits the eye, the Stalnox staggers and its eye pops out, rolling across the arena floor.
13. Sprint to the loose eye and attack it with your strongest weapon — you have about 5 seconds before recovery.
14. After the second eye stagger, the Silver Stalnox recovers faster than normal and guards its fallen eye with its arm.
15. Approach from behind the arm's sweep arc to bypass the guard and strike the eye.
16. Step 5: After the third and fourth eye shots, the Stalnox enters a berserk phase with faster ground-pound attacks that send shockwaves.
17. Jump over the shockwaves and maintain your distance until it winds up for a charge — fire the fifth and final eye shot during its charge telegraph to deliver the killing blow.
18. Step 6: Loot the Silver Stalnox's drops — it yields a Royal Bow (excellent range and damage), Stalnox Horns, and Molduga Guts.
19. Proceed to the altar and claim your Light of Blessing.
20. Hidden chest: After defeating all enemies, a chest materializes near the right wall containing a Diamond (worth 500 rupees — the highest-value gem drop from any Necluda shrine).
21. Ability needed: No shrine abilities required.
22. Strong bow skills and Flurry Rush timing are essential.
23. Bullet-time aiming is strongly recommended for consistent eye shots.
24. Pro tip: Fuse a Keese Eyeball to your arrows before the Stalnox fight — homing arrows track the eye automatically, making each shot nearly guaranteed even during the fast berserk phase.
