Description

A Soldier Construct fallen into the Depths and corrupted by concentrated Gloom energy. Its mechanical precision remains intact but every attack now inflicts Gloom damage that drains Link's maximum hearts. The irony of an ancient Zonai guardian turned weapon of Malice makes for one of TotK's more somber combat encounters. Construct Horn drops retain their value despite the Gloom corruption.

How to Beat Gloom Construct

A Zonai Construct corrupted by Gloom energy, its mechanical body dripping dark matter. Attacks inflict Gloom damage. Treat like a Soldier Construct in terms of timing — its attack patterns are mechanically identical but the Gloom contact damage makes every hit punishing. Sundelion arrows deal bonus damage. Brightbloom Seeds briefly stun them by purging nearby Gloom.
