Description

The Frost Moth Gibdo is a rare flying variant of the standard Moth Gibdo, cloaked in a shell of ice crystals that grant it resistance to physical and ice attacks. Found in cold caves and the frozen reaches of the Depths, it exhales frost clouds that slow Link and freeze the ground beneath him. Its ice armor must be melted with fire before any meaningful damage can be dealt, making fire arrows an absolute necessity for encounters in its territory.

How to Beat Frost Moth Gibdo

A cold-element Moth Gibdo that creates frost clouds on approach. Fire arrows are mandatory to strip its ice shell. Once exposed, it drops to the ground for 3-4 seconds — rush in with melee. In caves, its frost clouds can freeze narrow passages, blocking retreat routes.
