About This Lightroot
Deep beneath the Faron jungle canopy, Iyomak sits in a cavern penetrated by underground root systems from massive surface trees. The roots form a natural trellis across the cave ceiling, and bioluminescent fungi have colonized them, creating a canopy of soft green light that rivals the lightroot's own glow. Horriblins nest among the upper roots and require ranged attacks to dislodge safely.

Locate the mirror shrine
Find Kamoyi Shrine on the surface map. Iyomak Lightroot is located directly below it.

Enter through a nearby chasm
Find the nearest chasm to Kamoyi Shrine and jump in. Glide to slow your descent and throw Brightbloom Seeds to light the way.

Navigate to coordinates
Head toward (1100, -2800, -500). Use your map marker to track your position.

Activate the lightroot
Interact with Iyomak Lightroot to activate it. This illuminates the surrounding Depths map and creates a fast travel point.
